Farah Eslaquit Cano; (born in Monterrey, Mexico on December, 1991) is a Nicaraguan beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Nicaragua 2012 and will represent her country in the 2012 Miss Universe. She has a Diploma in Fashion, Modeling and Etiquette Course.

Farah Eslaquit was been crowned "Miss Nicaragua 2012 Winner" by Adriana Dorn (Miss Nicaragua 2011) at the Ruben Dario National Theater in Managua on Saturday night of 17th March, 2012.
